Provisions distribution June 2026
As part of its regular monthly outreach programme, Ramakrishna Mission, Thirumukkudal extended support to 145 families of intellectually challenged children on 13 June 2026 at 10.00 a.m.
Essential provisions and diapers were distributed to each beneficiary family associated with the Mission. The programme aimed to provide practical assistance and encouragement to families caring for children with special needs.
An awareness session was also conducted for the parents on various welfare schemes and benefits offered by the Government of Tamil Nadu for children with special needs. The session was delivered by the Block Coordinator of the Tamil Nadu Rights Project, who explained the available government support systems and guided the parents on how to access these benefits.
Around 20 special children presented cultural performances, showcasing their talents and bringing happiness to all those presence.

1. Rice: 5 kg X 145 Nos (725kg)
2. Toor Dhal: 1 kg X 145 Nos. (145kg)
3. Masoor Dal: 0.5 kg X 145 Nos. (72.5 kg)
4. Gingelly Oil: 0.5 litres X 145 Nos. (72.5 lts)
5. Salt: 1 packet X 145 Nos (145 kg)
6. Bathing & Washing Soap (1 Number in each) x 145 Nos.
7. 100 gms of spice packets (sambar powder, Rasam powder, Dhania powder, Chilli powder) X 145 Nos. (58 kg)
8. Green gram(Mung dal): 250 gms X145 (36.25kg)
9. Diapers - 45 Packets ( Child - 30 Nos, Adult -15 Nos) each packet contains 20 number diapers.
